Ordering

Browse any product you want to purchase. You can find the products using the website’s main search box or navigate through product categories. Add the product you want to buy in your cart then you can proceed to check out to place your order.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card). You can using debit/credit card through PayPal.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping

No, we do not accept COD. All orders must be prepaid by USA issued credit card or USA PayPal payments.

No, we do not ship nor do we accept payments from outside the USA.

When you place an order to the website, we will process it for 2-5 business days. We are shipping our products from our warehouse in Orlando, we will sent you a notification email together with your tracking number whenever your order is processed.

To calculate estimated shipping, place the items in the shopping cart. Next click the shopping cart at the top right corner and view shopping cart.


Click "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" and insert your shipping data. For exact shipping costs, you would need to log into your online account to enter the entire shipping address. If you have not created an online account, you would need to do so. Next proceed as if placing the order. If you do not wish to place the order after shipping has been calculated, simply remove the items from your shopping cart found under Cart Contents.

We use some of the major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be provided, but If your tracking status isn’t immediately available, please check again later. Once you have your tracking number, visit our Track Your Order page, and enter your order number for the most up to date information on the status of your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped to you.

In this case, you must email us at support@eliteshopexpress.com with your order details and we will carry out an investigation.
