This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, steep 1 bag of aged earl grey tea in a cup of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, steep 2 tea bags in boiling water, cool, and pour over ice.
As an alternative to brewing hot, try cold-brewing this tea. Cold-brewing is the easiest way to make never-bitter iced tea with bright flavors. It works for any type of tea, too!
